Commercial Documents
(Applied only for certificates of origin and commercial invoices)


Required Documents :   Original certificate of origin (C/O) and  Original commercial invoice (C/I) have to be notarized by a local notary public.

1. We will certify them from the Chamber of Commerce.
2. We will drop the documents at the Yemen embassy in Washington DC.
3. We will pickup the documents seven days later and return them to you via your pre-paid airway bill.

Approximate turn around time: 2 business days or 1 week. (does not include mailing time)

Charges 1. Our service fee for one document (C/O or C/I) or both documents (C/O and C/I).  {$35.00}
(For each document) 2. $25.00/each document Chamber of Commerce certification.
3.  Embassy of Yemen fee :
- For 2 business days : $150.00
- For 1 week : $100.00
  4. $1.00 Money order fee.
    $161.00 / Total fee for one document (C/O or C/I) or $286.00 for both documents (C/O and C/I).
Payment methods   Send a company check or money order. 

  • If you are using  FedEx, -DHL-,Or  -UPS : Please send an extra self addressed airway bill (make sure that it has your account number on it and that you have signed it).  There is no need to send the envelope.

2. We will certify it from the state court.
3. We will certify it from the Secretary of State.
4. We will certify it from the authentication office, Department of State.
5. We will drop the documents at the Yemen embassy in Washington DC.
6. We will pickup the documents seven days later and return them to you via your pre-paid airway bill.

Approximate turn around time: 2 business days or 1 week. (does not include mailing time)  (does not include mailing time)

Charges and Payment methods: Send company check or money order for $198.00 to the order of "Arab American Chamber of Commerce"
This amount covers the following fees:
1.  Our service fee .  {$80.00}
2.  Notary public fee and Court fee.  {$5.00}
3.  Secretary of State fee .  {$5.00}
4.  Department of State fee .  {$8.00}
5.  Embassy  fee .
- For 2 business days :
$100.00
- For 1 week : $100.00

Charges for additional documents: Each additional document costs $158.00  OR $202.00 ($100.00 OR $150.00 , depending on the service time, embassy charge + $5.00 Notary public and Court certification fee + $5.00 Secretary of State fee +  $8.00 Department of State fee + $40.00 service fee ).
