to certify each of the following documents:

This amount covers the following fees:

Please pay the total of $691.00 to the Arab American Chamber of Commerce.
We will accept a company check, money order, or cashier's check.
In case if you have more than one
document, AACC will cut the service fee to be $50.00 instead of
$75.00 for each additional document. Example: If you have 2
documents, the embassy charge will be $600 + $600 = $1200 and our
charge will be $91 + $66 = $157.00. Total will be $1357.00

personal documents
the embassy charge will be $30.00.

$75.00 for each additional document. Example: If you have 2
documents, the embassy charge will be $30 + $30 = $60 and our
charge will be $92 + $67 = $159.00. Total will be $219.00
