Commercial Documents
(Applied only for certificates of origin and commercial invoices)
Required Documents: 1. Original certificate of origin (C/O)  notarized by a local notary public.
2. Original commercial invoice (C/I) notarized by a local notary public.
3. Any other related documents required by the Letter of Credit (L/C) to be certified and legalized
Procedure: 1. We will re-notarize the documents.
2. We will certify (C/O) and (C/I) as a chamber of commerce.
3. We will certify it from the state court
4. We will certify it from the Secretary of State.
5. We will certify it from the authentication office, Department of State.
6. We will legalize the documents from the  embassy of Sudan in Washington DC.
Approximate turn around time: Three business days .
Charges: A. Chamber of commerce certification fee.  ($30.00)   ($15 for each document)
B. Notary public and court certification fee.  {$10.00}   (For C/I & C/O) 
C. Secretary of State fee .  {$10.00} (For C/I & C/O)
D. Department of State fee . {$10.00} (For C/I & C/O)
E. Our service fee for one document (C/O or C/I) or both documents (C/O and C/I).  {$35.00}
F. The consular fee of  Sudan embassy is $600 for each document. 
($600 to certify the invoice + $600 to certify the certificate of origin) 
Payment methods: 1. A company check or money order for ($95.00) to the Arab American Chamber of Commerce.  (charges A + B + C + D + E ).
2. A cashier's check or money order for ($1200.00) made out to the embassy to cover the charge (charge F).

Legal Documents for Commercial Use
Required Documents: The original document notarized from the notary public. 
Procedure: 1. We will re-notarize the documents.
2. We will certify it as a chamber of commerce.
3. We will certify it from the state court
4. We will certify it from the Secretary of State.
5. We will certify it from the authentication office, Department of State.
6. We will legalize the documents from the  embassy of Sudan in Washington DC.
Approximate turn around time: Three business days.  (does not include mailing time)
Charges and Payment methods: The embassy of Sudan charges $600.00 to certify all kinds of  legal  document that made for commercial use. Example: Commercial Power of Attorney, Commercial Agreements, Registration Certificate,  Article of Incorporation, & any other type of legal  documents that made to be used for commercial purposes.

The embassy of Sudan charges $25.00 to certify all kinds of  legal  document that made for personal use.

The embassy accepts only money order, or cashier's check. 
Send personal check or money order for $108.00 to the order of "Arab American Chamber of Commerce"This amount covers the following fees:
 
1.  Our service fee .  {$80.00}
2.  Notary public fee.  {$4.00}
3.  Court certification fee .  {$1.00}
4.  Secretary of State fee .  {$5.00}
5.  Department of State fee .  {$8.00}
6.  Syrian Embassy fee .{$10.00}
Charges for additional documents: Each additional legal document going to the Syrian embassy costs $68.00  ($10.00 embassy charge $4.00 Notary public fee + $1.00 Court certification fee + $5.00 Secretary of State fee +  $8.00 Department of State fee + $40.00 service fee ).

  • AACC is not responsible for damaged, delayed or lost mail. Please keep a copy of your money order receipts.
