Commercial Documents
(Applied only for certificates of origin and commercial invoices)


Required Documents : 1. Original certificate of origin (C/O)  notarized by a local notary public.
2. Original commercial invoice (C/I) notarized by a local notary public.

Procedure: 1. We will certify (C/O) and (C/I) from the Chamber of Commerce
2. We will legalize the documents from the Oman embassy in Washington DC.

Approximate turn around time: Three business days.

Charges and Payment methods: A. If the total of your invoice is $10,000 or less, please send a company check or money order for the total of $151.00
This amount covers the following fees:
$35.00 Processing fee .
$50.00 Chamber of Commerce fee.   {25.00}for C/O and {25.00}for C/I .
$45.00 Embassy of Oman charge for the invoice.
$21.00 Embassy of Oman charge for the certificate of origin.
B. If the total of your invoice is above $10,000 , please send a company check or money order for the total of $166.00. 
This amount covers the following fees:
$35.00 Processing fee .
$50.00 Chamber of Commerce fee.   {25.00}for C/O and {25.00}for C/I .
$60.00 Embassy of Oman charge for the invoice.
$21.00 Embassy of Oman charge for the certificate of origin.

Mailing:
If you are using  FedEx, -DHL- OR -UPS  : Please send an extra self addressed airway bill (make sure that it has your account number on it and that you have signed it).  There is no need to send the envelope.

Legal Documents



Required Documents : The original document notarized from the notary public. 

Procedure: 1. We will re-notarize the document.
2. We will certify it from the state court.
3. We will certify it from the Secretary of State.
4. We will certify it from the authentication office, Department of State.
5. We will legalize the documents from the Oman embassy in Washington DC.

Approximate turn around time: Three business days.

Charges and Payment methods: Send company check or money order for the amount of $158.00 payable to the order of Arab American Chamber of Commerce.
This amount covers the following fees: 
1.  Our service fee . $80.00
2.  Notary public and court fee. $5.00
3.  Secretary of State fee . $5.00
4.  Department of State fee . $8.00
5.  Embassy of Oman charge: $60.00
In case the document is: Certificate of Incorporation please add $45.00 to the above charge. The charge will be: $197.00

Charges for additional documents: Each additional document costs $118.00  ($60.00 embassy charge $5.00 Notary public and court fee + $5.00 Secretary of State fee +  $8.00 Department of State fee + $40.00 service fee ).
