Legalization of Documents and Certification for Egypt, Arab American Chamber of Commerce

Required Documents :

Original certificate of origin (C/O) notarized by a local notary public.

Original commercial invoice (C/I) notarized by a local notary public.

Procedure:

We will certify the documents from the Arab American Chamber of Commerce.

We will legalize the documents from the Egyptian embassy in Washington DC

Approximate turn around time:

Three business days. (does not include mailing time)

Charges and Payment methods:

Send company check or money order for $250.00 to the order of "Arab American Chamber of Commerce" This amount covers the following fees:

Our service fee . {$80.00}

Arab American Chamber of Commerce fee. {$60.00} ($30 each)

$110.00 Embassy of Egypt fee. ($55 each)

In case that you need to certify only the Certificate of Origin or only the Invoice, the total charge will drop down to $160.00

Please include a stamped, self addressed envelope (You may use FedEx, DHL,...) and mail your documents to:

We will certify it from the Secretary of State.

We will certify it from the authentication office, Department of State.

We will legalize the documents from the Egypt embassy in Washington DC.

This amount covers the following fees:

1. Our service fee . {$80.00}

2. Court and notary public fee. {$5.00}

3. Secretary of State fee . {$5.00}

4. Department of State fee . {$8.00}

5. Embassy of Egypt fee . {$55.00}

Charges for additional documents:

Each additional document costs $113.00 ($5.00 Notary public and court certification fee + $5.00 Secretary of State fee + $8.00 Department of State fee +$55.00 embassy of Egypt charge + $40.00 service fee ). Please pay these charges as follows:
