Commercial Documents
(Applied only for certificates of origin and commercial invoices)

Required Documents : 1. Original certificate of origin (C/O)  notarized by a local notary public.
2. Original commercial invoice (C/I) notarized by a local notary public.
3. Any other related documents required by the Letter of Credit (L/C) to be certified and legalized.

Procedure: 1. We will certify (C/O) and (C/I) from the NUSACC.
2. We will legalize the documents from the Bahrain embassy in Washington DC.

Approximate turn around time: Three business days (does not include mailing time).

Charges and Payment methods: A. Send a company check or money order for $130.00 to the order of "Arab American Chamber of Commerce"
This amount covers the following fees:
$80.00 for our service fee .
$50.00 for NUSACC certifications.
           {25.00}for C/O and {25.00}for C/I .

B. Send  Money Order for the amount of $30.00 + the correct charge from the following table depending on your case  to the order of "Embassy of Bahrain".
Bahrain embassy charges $30.00 to legalize the certificate of origin (C/O).

Depending on the total dollar amount of the invoice, the legalization charge for the commercial invoice (C/I) of  the Bahrain embassy is :

From $1          to   $2,650 $12
From $2,651   to  $13,245 $24
From $13,246  to $26,490 $60
From $26,491  to $52,980 $120
From $52,981  to $264,900 $180
From $264,901 and above $300

Legal Documents



Required Documents : The original document notarized from the notary public. 

Procedure: 1. We will re-notarize the document.
2. We will certify it from the state court.
3. We will certify it from the Secretary of State.
4. We will certify it from the authentication office, Department of State.
5. We will legalize the documents from the Bahrain embassy in Washington DC.

Approximate turn around time: Three business days (does not include mailing time).

Charges and Payment methods: Send money order for the total of the two following charges: (A) + (B)  to the order of "Arab American Chamber of Commerce"
A. Charge (A) is $98.00 . This amount covers the following fees:
1.  Our service fee . {$80.00}
2.  Notary public fee. {$4.00}
3.  Court certification fee . {$1.00}
4.  Secretary of State fee . {$5.00}
5.  Department of State fee . {$8.00}

B. Please find charge (B) from the following chart depending on your case.

Charges for additional documents: Each additional personal document costs $88.00  ($30.00 embassy charge $4.00 Notary public fee + $1.00 Court certification fee + $5.00 Secretary of State fee +  $8.00 Department of State fee + $40.00 service fee). 

If the additional document was an agreement of Incorporation, sell/purchase agreement or power of attorney then the fee will be slightly higher according to the above table.
