Legalization of Documents to Algeria

Commercial Documents
(Applied only for certificates of origin and commercial invoices)

Required Documents : 1. Original certificate of origin (C/O)  notarized by a local notary public.
2. Original commercial invoice (C/I) notarized by a local notary public.

Procedure: 1. We will certify the documents from the Arab American Chamber of Commerce.
2. We will re-notarize the documents.
3. We will certify the documents from the Circuit Court.
4. We will certify the documents from the Secretary of State.
5. We will authenticate the documents from the Department of State.
6. We will legalize the documents from the Algerian Embassy in Washington DC.

Approximate turn around time: Four business days (does not include mailing time).

Charges and Payment methods: Send a company check or money order for $312.00 to the order of "Arab American Chamber of Commerce" This amount covers the following fees:
1. Our service fee .  {$80.00}
2. Notary public and court  fees for C/O & C/I  .  {$10.00} (For C/I & C/O)
3. Secretary of State fee for C/O & C/I  . {$10.00} (For C/I & C/O) 
4. Department of State fee for C/O & C/I  .  {$12.00} (For C/I & C/O)
5. $200.00 "Embassy of Algeria". fee.  The Algerian embassy charges $100 to legalize the certificate of origin (C/O) and $100 to legalize the Commercial Invoice (C/I). 

Mailing:

If you are using  FedEx, DHL, or UPS: Please send an extra self addressed airway bill (make sure that it has your account number on it and that you have signed it).  There is no need to send the envelope.

3. Secretary of State fee . {5.00}
4. Department of State fee .  {8.00}
5. $100.00  Embassy of Algeria fee. 

Charges for additional documents: Each additional document costs $158.00  
( $5.00 Notary Public  & Court certification fees + $5.00 Secretary of State fee +  $8.00 Department of State fee + $40.00 service fee + $100 Embassy of Algeria fee).
